Aren’t you tried of being the same person that you despise?
Many people have an ongoing struggle with themselves as most claim to ‘WANT‘ to change yet they just fall back into the same trap of being exactly the same, day-in-day-out. The truth is that they are just afraid of the uncertainty that comes with change due to our age old survival instinct.
What are you so scared of being the best version of yourself?
We often have those gloomy days where we just hate being us. Maybe because of the piled up expectations we have for ourselves, or maybe because we feel guilty of not giving our best. Whatever the reason might be, the reality is that we can always step up our game and start the transition of change.
Start small: –
- Hit & Trial with morning routine till you find the one that kick start your day with a boom.
- Set small goals (multiple goals)for a day and check out each after you complete them and soon you would see the number of goals achieve increase then those not. Then gradually increase the numbers to fit your day-to-day requirements.
- Avoid your phone for at least an hour after you wake up and an hour before you go to sleep. Spend time in your own head planning for the day and reminding yourself that you are working to be the best version of yourself.
- Don’t compete with others rather pursue the version of yourself you want to see.
